Notes on Cancellation
1. Cancellation Period
The cancellation period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of cancellation, it is sufficient to send the cancellation notice before the expiry of the period.
2. Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract in due time, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
If you have requested that the service begin during the cancellation period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount for the services already provided.
3. Expiry of the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation expires for a service contract if we have fully performed the service and only began performing after you gave your express consent and confirmed your knowledge that you would lose your right of cancellation once we had fully performed the contract.
